After you have made a payment, your assessor will reach out to you via your preferred method of communication to schedule your assessment.

The assessment fee is non-refundable unless you enroll in a course within 48 hours after your assessment. If you book an assessment and fail to appear, your assessment fee will not be refunded. If you want to reschedule your assessment, please reach out to your assessor.
